　　3. 首段设计：通过打招呼的方式开场，突出你知道对方要来中国找工作的开心的情绪，最后点出写信的目的是为了分享一些建议。

　　4. 中间段设计：可以从平时积累的“个人素材”/“求职信”中找到一写素材词，加上书信的框架完成中间段。(1. 学好中文;2. 设计自我介绍;3. 积累一些经验)

　　5. 结尾段设计：希望 + 有疑问请联系(结尾段中规中矩选择常用素材即可)
