　　总体评价: 2021年英语一的翻译属于教育类论文，也是继2009年约翰杜威那篇“民主主义与教育”之后，在考研英语中又一次考查与教育相关的文章。今年的原文出自论文集International Handbook of Higher Education(2006)中的第13章，原文的题目是Reflections on the Transition from Elite to Mass to Universal Access: Forms and Phases of Higher Education in Modern Societies since WWII，选入真题时，有个别超纲词汇做了调整。

　　以下是论文集及原文截图：

　　同样是考查教育类主题，相较于2009年的真题，2021年的翻译文章难度明显偏低，保持了2014年以来的一贯难度水平。考点的分布也主要集中在词义的选择和句法结构的调整上，没有较为复杂的考点。需要指出的是，2021年两次考到并列名词后的定语(和定语从句)结构，这是在点睛中反复强调的重点。
