　　46. Those societies came out of the war with levels of enrollmentthat had been roughly constant at 3%-5% of the relevant age groupsduring the decade before the war.

　　2. 试卷点评：

　　综述：总体难度适相比于去年有所上升，在翻译考察的三个维度中即词汇，语法和中文表达，词汇难度下降，语法难度与2020年英语一相比上升，中文表达难度也有所增加。

　　具体评述：

　　一、单词方面：2021年考研英语一翻译基本考查的是考研英语的高频词汇，没有超纲词和生僻词，相比于2020年的”renaissance / revelation/ eclipse” ,2021年的词汇明显难度所有下降。对于熟练掌握高频词的考生来说，基本上做题过程中不会遇到不认识的生词。至于词汇放在语境中翻译的问题，相比于英语二，英语一翻译要求反倒相对低一些。比较有难度的是第46句中，“come out of ”的理解。第49题的fresh from短语难住了很多考生;第50题的community一次在2010年即考查过，本次又考查到了该词的本意。

　　二、语法考点：除了近几年常考的语法考点，如that引导的定语从句，when引导的状语从句，第46句出现了介词with 引导的后置定语，这个定语部分修饰是左边的war还是前面的society,需要考生根据意思判断，这是一个小难点。同样的知识点也出现在第47句，of引导的定于部分是修饰左边的society还是demand，也需要根据意思判断。第50句中，难点在于翻译中调整语序，对于很多考生很难处理。总的来说五道题中语法难度最高的是第47题，同时出现了介词作定语，被修饰名词需要判断，而且前后出现了两个that引导的定语从句，从调整语序角度也比较难。

　　整体评价：难度中等偏上，相对于2020年真题难度提升。
