　　大部分考生都觉得考研英语大作文很难，所以我们来讲讲大作文应该怎么写。首先考纲的要求是这么说的：根据信息提示写出160-200词的短文(标点符号不计算在内)。提示信息的形式为主题句、写作提纲、规定情景、图画、图表等，满分20分。而实际情况是从1997年以来多年考试形式为图画作文和图表作文，其中图表作文考过两次，2次，其余为均图画作文。所以我们主要准备图画作文就可以了。

　　大部分学生的分数目标是13-16分，那这个档次的评分要求是这样的：

　　较好地完成了试题规定的任务。

　　包含所有内容要点，允许漏掉一两个次重点;

　　使用较丰富的语法结构和词汇;

　　语言基本准确，只有在试图使用较复杂结构或较高级词汇时才有个别错误;

　　采用了适当的衔接手法，层次清晰，组织较严密;

　　格式与语域较恰当。

　　这意味着是可以犯错的，只要按我们所讲的思路来写作，使用我们推荐的模板，应该问题不大。一般我们用三段式的结构，首段对图画进行描写，二段进行论证分析，最后一段进行总结概况。具体思路如下：

　　第一段：图画描述，3-4句

　　1、 总体描述：人物/动物/事物+动作/服装+环境/表情，1-2句

　　2、 挖掘最主要的特征：1句

　　3、 文字说明/象征寓意：1句(引子)

　　第二段：意义阐释，5-6句

　　其中第一段可以用的模板句有：

　　第二段可以用的模板句有：

　　he intention /purpose of the picture/drawing/cartoon/caricature is to show us (a fact) that the quality(spirit) of +主题词+is the key (essential/critical) to success(our life/our society/our nation).

　　It is not a difficult job to find out the reasons behind this phenomenon.

　　Without /But for ……, how could ……succeed in……

　　At least following three factors can be identified to contribute to the phenomenon.

　　第三段可以用的模板句有：

　　As a consequence, it's imperative (urgent/ necsssary / advisable/essential,measures)for us to take effective actions to solve this problem/ curb this evil trend.

　　Only by undergoing more challenges and toils in adversity can young people cultivate strong personality and ability, and only in this way can they survive in a world full of challenges and competitions, and become winners in their life in the future.

　　With the combined endeavors exerted by people from all walks of life, we cannot fail to witness a harmonious society and a prosperous future.

　　In conclusion, although主题词 can brought us great convenience, if used carelessly or without constrains, it could prove to be a double-edged sword. Accordingly, it is advisable that we take a rational attitude toward the use of it.
