2018年考研英语二写作考题依然延续历年的考点，并未给大家太多意外,难度波动不大。
小作文考察了道歉信写作，内容是取消自己的旅行计划并且不能去拜访史密斯教授。同学们需要按照书信的写作格式，必须在首行顶格写称呼;然后第一自然段表明写作目的是向史密斯教授道歉;第二自然段必须包含的内容是：解释为什么取消旅行且不能去探望史密斯教授和提出未来会面的建议。由于第二自然段是主体段，同学们需要在解释原因时描述详细一些。最后，写好落款即可。
2018年考研英语二大作文真题考察单图图表写作，写作要求与历年并无差异，先简要描述图表，然后给出自己的评论。图表的形式是饼状图，主题是消费者选择餐厅考虑的主要因素。第一段单图图表的描述需要选择所占比例较大和较小的部分进行描述，比如：特色、服务和价格。主体段应该论证“为什么消费者在选择餐厅时较多考虑特色和服务，较少考虑价格”写出两到三点原因即可。结尾段写作时需要体现两个要点，第一是这种现象是符合社会发展的;第二是预测这种趋势会持续下去。

A recent survey has explicitly revealed the main factors why consumers spend in a distinctive restaurant. According to the data given, the characteristic of the restaurant takes a comparatively large share, accounting for 36.3%, while the quality of service also takes away 27.4% of the whole proportion;unsurprisingly，the price accounts for merely 7.3%.
What are the reasons behind the phenomenon mirrored in the chart? The intuitive answer is individuals’ higher living standard. With an increasing income, a majority of people are inclined to choose the restaurants catering to their tastes and presenting particular styles，instead of the ones offering comparatively cheap food. Besides，satisfactory services from restaurants provide a pleasant and unforgettable experience to consumers，which also explains the results of the survey about consumers’ main concerns when choosing a restaurant.
From what has been discussed above，it is no surprise to see the trend reflected in this pie chart. And I firmly believe that this trend will continue in the forthcoming years.
